Narrative

Edward was the fourth child of William and Elizabeth, who had eight children, the first seven were boys, the oldest was named William after his father and their only daughter was named Elizabeth after her mother. Edward had an older brother, also called Edward, who died when he was a few months old. William and Elizabeth waited 5 years before the second Edward was born. The gaps between each of their other children was two or three years. None of them were baptised.
