Narrative

Jane's husband was the school cleaner of St Thomas School, where the family were living, in the house next to the rectory. Edward died in 1892.
In 1901, Jane is now the school caretaker, living in the school house, and living very close is her sister-in-law Elizabeth Hobson and her husband and family. Jane's daughter Jessie, aged about 24, is not living with the family, and is probably married.
In 1911, her son married son William is now the school caretaker, and Jane is living with him and his family.
Jane died in 1931 and was buried with her husband in St Luke cemetery Cheetham Hill. The ceremony was performed by the Rector of St Thomas.
